I felt safe, heard and welcomed
Positive: We were coming straight from the airport to the residence but my flight was earlier than the Check in time of 15:00. The host offered to let us drop our bags in the apartment before check in time. I didn’t even ask for this and was very much pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness. I was able to move around without hauling around bags.

The security is amazing the place catered for all my family needs
Positive: Clean rooms and specious rooms
Negative: I like the fact that we didn’t have water at some time but there where water bottles in the cupboard, that was very thoughtful
