I use several Hotels and guesthouses in Pretoria, the Regency
Positive: Excellent safe place. The service were fantastic.
Negative: The toilet in the main bathroom were leaking, but I reported it!

All in all, it was a good stay in the correct area, we will definitely stay there again.
Positive: The apartment is situated in a safe neighbourhood very close to all the major shopping centres, the restaurant food & service was very good, it was very easy to gain access to the apartment & the host communicated very well at all times.
Negative: We had issues with the Netflix it kept kicking us out, the TV in the second room was missing - only the TV mounting frame was there & the furniture in the lounge is a little bit run down & flimsy.
