Positive: Everything was perfect, I have no issues with anything. The property is well maintained,.beautiful and quite refreshing 😊 Negative: I didn't like the fact that the check-in time is 15:00, whereas the check-out.time is 10:00. I would greatly appreciate if the times are amended to be the same as mostly renowned properties, such as Southern Sun, Sun International,.because the check-in time is 14:00, while the check-out is 11:00. And also, the host was quite stringent in terms of allowing for early and late check-out, though in the.booking terms & conditions,.it is said that arrangements for late check-in or check-out can be made at least 24 hours in advance. A bit of flexibility would make the stay more memorable and enjoyable,.as saying no to every request somewhat leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth. But overall,.I would visit the property once again!!

Wonderful, I loved it, I felt safe and happy. Positive: Excellent location, quiet and safe area, apartments with good security, you don't feel isolated, very easy communication with the hosts, who are respectful and ready to help with any problem, always respecting the guest. There are washing and drying machines, dishes and cleaning supplies, and a basic cleaning is done every day. I will definitely stay here again. Negative: The only problem was with the cleanliness, but you have to understand that they don't offer hotel services. The cleaning they do is very basic; the dishes I left on the first day were only washed with water and remained dirty (so I recommend you wash your own dishes). On the day I arrived, the towels were damp; I couldn't tell if they had been used or washed, and they hadn't dried properly. The sheets also didn't seem clean. But these are things you can fix, as they have washing machines.
