The Median Rosebank Luxury Apartment - Building with generator

Great location ! Positive: The Median Rosebank is perfect just because of the location . It’s just a few step away from the Zone and Rosebank Mall ! Negative: The property has a bad smell, informed the owner but nothing to help even with the window open it was not pleasant staying there, I paid cleaning tax but didn’t have the apartment cleaned even once .

Positive: The apartment is conveniently located, with easy access to the Gautrain and the first stop of the City Sightseeing bus. There are also many restaurants nearby. This is an excellent location for those who wish to admire the Jacaranda trees, as they line the streets in the vicinity, offering a beautiful and stunning sight. The room is very clean, well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and comfortable. The premises are very secure, and the security guards are most helpful. Negative: None

Positive: Very beautiful. Extremely clean. Very comfortable. Great location. The best cleaning lady. I think her name was Petronella. Would love to stay there again but hate the way the owners handled the water issue. Negative: There was no water the entire time I was there, and the owners couldn't care less. Just said it was an on-going town problem, but I was never informed of this prior to my arrival. Only one 5L was full under the sink. The rest were empty. When I asked for some of my money back so I could book at a place with water. They ignored my request instead offered me a 20% discount on my next stay and requested a 5-star review for Booking.com.

Over all the stay was very comfortable, and all amneties were in our reach. Positive: I like the apartment as it was very safe and comfortable. I could sleep comfortable and the securities are very friendly and helpful on each shift. Negative: I did not like that I could not have a visitor over due to the company policies. We got word that we have a death in the family in Cape Town and since we weren't in Cape Town, a friend of mine in Johannesburg could not come over to us for comfort, because of the company's strict policy so I had to leave the building to meet up with them.

Worth the money Positive: The location is very good. It is close to everything you may need during a stay out
