Perfect Positive: The view, cleanliness and facilities Negative: Nothing

Pleasent stay, beautiful setup, realy secure and safe, just in desparate need of some maintanance. Positive: Security is like fort Knox, nobody in or out if you not on the system. Pick up was easy, the check in time is a bit inflexible. but once the card is in the hand, the process is so smooth. the rooms and the views and the facility is amazing. everything you need is there and really very pleasant. Negative: The unit was a bit unattended in the following sense. 1. Broken bottom drawer, only 2 knifes, 3 forks and the cutlery is unmatched. Kitchen scissors was really blunt. The unit can have a side table at the couch. The main bedroom bedside lamp was not working. The through can be washed more regularly. The carpet did not look very clean to me. There was burn marks on the carpet from a iron. I think the unit is ideal for the business traveler, look really nice and presentable but the finer maintenance is lacking and attention to detail is lacking. The toilet system is leaking and not stopping waterflow, at least i figured out how to stop the water flow, i can only image how much water has been wasted from people not knowing how to stop the valve.

angenehme Zeit ohne Probleme an einem günstigen Ort Positive: Sehr gute Lage; gute technische Ausstattung (insbesondere Waschmaschine/Trockner sowie Induktionsherd); sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit; gute Klimatisierung; problemlose WLAN-Nutzung Negative: leider keine TV-Programme auf dem großen Screen; spartanische Quantität von Toilettenartikeln; Kommunikation mit Vermieter nur über WhatsApp
