One word only 'impressed'.
Positive: Customer care , professionalism when we entered the building at the reception. He greeted us with a smile and accompanied us to the room with our luggage. The building was spotless and also a walking distance to the mall.
Negative: Not really much, except that we're warned not to carry our cell phones carelessly because of the thugs outside the building.
