Positive: The host responded to my message within minutes, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful with a lot of things

Positive: The level of quickness to respond to anything was paramount for me. Always willing to assist.
Negative: It's not anyone's fault, but it was the hot water system. I didn't know how to get it right at first. It would get cold and didn't know what to do to get it right. Fortunately, I contacted the host and I was assisted very quickly.
