Safe, clean and neat with friendly helpful staff, we'll stay there again. Positive: The complex and apartment were safe, clean and neat. We were on the 15th floor with a great city view. The photos correctly reflected the apartment. The staff at the property were spectacular; friendly and always very helpful. The Rosebank Mall and a wide range of restaurants are within walking distance.

Positive: The aesthetics, the cleanliness. I liked everything about the property The view? Exceptional Negative: Nothing , everything was perfect

Excellent except the cleaning of the rooms daily Positive: Did not eat breakfast, location excellent Negative: The rooms need to be services daily, not just have the beds made, but the bins need to be emptied, the bathroom washed - bath, shower, basin. The tiled floors need to be washed daily, after 4 days the flat looked grubby. The dishes also need to be washed properly.

I had a wonderful time staying in this newly built apartment. Positive: When booking, we mentioned that we would be arriving late. The host informed us that we should collect the keys from security, as the staff had already left the building. This was straightforward after we had shown our documents and gone through the checking process. Negative: The issue with Netflix was that it wasn't connected to any profile, which was problematic if you didn't own one or had forgotten your login details. YouTube was working as well. However, we would like the property to review their policy on visitors, as our friends and family felt slightly unwelcome not being allowed to come upstairs to the apartment.
