Nice Positive: Location Cleanliness Pool is proper - also has heated function when weather gets cold Negative: There's a receptionist lady who is very very rude when I got the location and asked about early login. I did not catch her name but she was extremely rude instead of simply explaining to me some of the Ts and Cs regarding check in. She even sweared at me as a customer which is not acceptable. She was on duty 19th around 10am - 15pm
