Park Central ideal for Business Trip

Excellent venue with top notch security, unit was amazing Positive: It was spacious, clean and very comfortable and location is perfect Negative: I could not think of anything to complain about

Positive: The unit was very nice and comfortable. Wifi worked well. Nice view looking out into J'burg. Negative: The staff working at the building was really nice and helpful. However, the Hostaway service was absolutely horrible and intrusive. They were unreasonable and indirectly rude when speaking to you. I only received 2 towels not 2 sets of towels but 2 towels for my 11 days stay. They refused to provide and extra set of sheets, but had an expectation of offering a full service clean that consisted of 6 hours while someone comes in and wash the only sheets you have on your bed. They imposed their strict no guess policy after you booked the unit. I was traveling with another friends and was told THEY CAN NOT ENTER THE BUILDING. NO 🚫 GUEST! They didn't even supply a set of dishes but only 2 of each piece of dishware. I don't feel my expectations were unreasonable, but I do feel forcing your way into my rented space was overbearing.

Positive: Cleanliness, size, value for money. Negative: The pin numbers are always not working. Which can be very embarrassing. Then you mist wait for a new pin.

Very nice pity it was just for one night. Overall my partner and I were very impressed and satisfied. Positive: The aesthetics and cleanliness Negative: The no visitors policy, they could at least restrict access for overnight visitors especially because the place is so beautiful and has outdoor furniture that can accommodate more than 2 people. They need to add champagne glasses.
