A night in Rosebank Positive: The room was stunning and had everything I needed for a short stay. It is also in a great location, close to Rosebank Mall, with excellent amenities such as a pool and a gym. The floor to ceiling windows were a standout feature. Negative: I fully understand the no guest policy and why it is necessary for security reasons, but it feels a bit extreme. If you are required to submit a guest list before arrival, you should still be allowed to make changes, as plans can change. It should not be that difficult to add or amend a guest, provided the booking or room limit is not exceeded. As it stands, it feels more restrictive than necessary. Additionally, my neighbour was having a party all night, and I could hear loud music and conversations throughout. Improved soundproofing is clearly needed.
